In addition, this technology provides us the capabilities to share large files, documents and images instantly with our clients. The firm also utilizes several “on line” billing systems. The firm has also moved to a “paperless” environment which allows us to immediately forward our clients significant filings and keep them constantly apprised of events in their cases.
The firm has enabled itself to change with the insurance industry by relying on computer research technology and office management systems to reduce client’s expenses. Our firm is dedicated to monthly suit reporting along with providing a comprehensive case analysis and budget after a plaintiff's deposition has been taken. Discovery will only be undertaken after the approval of the claims examiner.
