Congressman Ric Keller practices in the areas of amusement park litigation, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and strategic governmental consulting.
Congressman Keller represented the Greater Orlando area as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2001 through January 2009. As a former member of the Intellectual Property Subcommittee, he brings a unique expertise to the firm’s intellectual property practice.
Congressman Keller has represented numerous amusement ride manufacturers and theme parks in connection with product liability, premises liability, and intellectual property litigation. He has tried cases in federal and state courts throughout Central Florida.
Congressman Keller received his bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1986), where he graduated first in his class, and his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (J.D., 1992).
Ric enjoys riding motorcycles, kayaking, and attending comedy shows, plays, and college football games.
